The instructor is a former sushi chef who trained in Tokyo and Australia! 🍣
In our sushi school, we offer not only "sushi making experience" as part of Tokyo sightseeing, but also "authentic sushi roll lesson" utilizing the instructor's experience as a sushi chef.
1. Sushi Making Experience
Learn about the roots and manners of sushi along with sushi making. You can learn sushi knowledge and skills in a fun and systematic way. Ideal for optional tours of Tokyo sightseeing.
2. Authentic Sushi Roll Lesson
We will carefully select popular sushi rolls among multinational guests, so you can incorporate them directly into your restaurant menu. Recommended for those who are considering opening a restaurant.
Flow of the day:
STEP 1: Meet at the nearest station to the venue. We will guide you to the sushi experience venue.
STEP 2: Arrive at the venue. Upon opening the door, you will immediately feel the Japanese atmosphere.
STEP 3: Learn about sushi's origins and etiquette through a quiz.
STEP 4: Divide the freshly made vinegared rice and start making sushi!
STEP 5: Complete your sushi plate with your own arrangements.
STEP 6: It's rice time! Miso soup is also available.
STEP 7: After taking commemorative photos and handing out souvenirs, we will send you back to the station.

15,000 yen per person, tax included (for ages 8 and up)

All seasonings and ingredients used in this class are Halal-compliant, and no alcohol or pork is used. (We comply with Halal regulations based on the guidance of the Made in Japan Halal Support Council .)
However, the cookware and dishes used in this class are the same as those used in other regular classes.
